What you'll do

The role

Run 1-on-1 and small-group technical sessions on our curriculum
Track athlete progress and write honest development notes
Hold every session to the same AFC standards
Build real relationships with athletes and their families

Who we want

You might be a fit if

College, semi-pro, or pro playing experience
You develop the whole athlete, not just the player
Reliable, punctual, and great with parents
Comfortable using apps and tracking tools (or eager to learn)

Compensation

The pay

$30-45 per hour based on experience
Plus a percentage of the sessions you run
