Meet your coach
Mike Monary is AFC's co-owner and the coach who runs every Foundations class. He specializes in youth fundamentals: building coordination, confidence, and a love of the game in athletes as young as two and a half. Your athlete will know his name by week one, and so will you.

Foundations is where it starts, for ages 2.5 to 12. Small groups, real fundamentals, and coaches like Mike who make every session something young athletes look forward to. Soccer, basketball, and multi-sport, close to home in Orange County.

Pick your day
Foundations runs in open-enrollment blocks, grouped by age. Pick the day and sport that fit your week, then find your athlete's age group.
Foundations is a flat $20 a class: 4-week blocks are $80, 6-week blocks are $120, and 9-week blocks are $180. Joining mid-block? You only pay for the classes left. Areas we serve: Lake Forest and Mission Viejo. Questions about the right class? Email foundations@afctraining.com.
