Every Foundations session runs on the same structure: a purposeful warm-up, skill-building progressions, and game-based play that keeps young athletes engaged while building real, transferable athleticism. Foundations is led by AFC co-owner Mike Monary, who specializes in youth fundamentals, so you get a real curriculum and qualified coaching, not a babysitter with a whistle.
