Elite is a membership with private 1-on-1 and small-group formats from 2 to 6 athletes. Every plan is personalized, and every journey starts the same way: the $199 Assessment Pathway.

Assessment Pathway

How pricing works

We don't publish a full Elite price grid, on purpose. Membership rates are personalized to your athlete's plan and format, and we walk through them with your athlete's written report at the end of the Assessment Pathway.

Rates are per athlete and confirmed during the Assessment Pathway. Training takes place at our Lake Forest, Orange County locations.
